Monte Pego is considered to be one of the most beautiful, rural and exclusive residential areas in the Costa Blanca. Casa Kennard is situated in the idyllic location of Monte Pego with its panoramic scenery (90 km north of Alicante and 90 km South of Valencia. This newly built family villa is tastefully decorated and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room area and open kitchen which is fully fitted. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, fan and heating (for winter bookings. The kitchen comprises of fridge-freezer, washing machine oven and gas hob with a breakfast bar which seats 4. The dining/living area is spacious comfortable room with 20ft high ceilings and solid wooden beams. It has a dining room table which seats 6, two sofas which seat 6 comfortably, log burner, satellite TV (BBC1234,C45), Video and HiFi. However, most of the time can be spent around the 8x4m swimming pool with its beautiful terrace that has an outside shower & sink, BBQ and a table that seats 8. After lunch you can relax on the 5 sunloungers or go for a swim and take in the breathtaking views of Pego valley.

Directions to Monte Pego

On leaving Alicante Airport follow the signs for the A-7 heading for Valencia. Take exit 62(salida 62)signposted Ondara, take the turn for Ondara on the N332(Valencia) road. You travel through a town called El Vergel,just out side the town you will see a sign for Monte Pego you are aproximately 5 mins from the entrance. On entering the Estate follow the signs For the Cafe Residential go past the Restaraunt and at the end of the road take the first right and right again you are now on Los Pinos(Vistamar),Casa Kennard is the Fourth Villa on the right hand side.
