The Company offers you villas and maisonettes of the highest of qualities in Nerja, Malaga. These villas and maisonettes are fully equipped for daily life and are situated in "El Capistrano Villages", one of the most exclusive Urbanization in southern Spain.

We provide the same services as any good hotel (reception, customer service, maintenance, regular cleaning of your house by our chambermaids, safes, etc.) but at the same time we offer you the peace, intimacy and tranquillity of our villas and maisonettes. Situated between the Sierra de Almijara and the Mediterranean sea, the surroundings are hard to match.  "El Capistrano Village" has several swimming pools, one of them indoors and heated for the winter. There is also a sauna. The use of these facilities is included in our prices.  The Urbanisation also has a restaurant, two bars, a supermarket and laundry services.

There are villas of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, special villas and maisonettes of 1 and 2 bedrooms. The living area of the villas ranges from a minimum of 70 m2 up to a 150m2. The property comprises a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Furthermore, all the villas will have a private garden, porch and two or more terraces. 

The maisonettes have a living area of approximately 40m2 the one-bedroom maisonettes and between 55 and 60 m2 the 2-bedroom maisonettes. They comprise complete bathroom and a living/dining room with incorporated equipped kitchenette. Further to the areas indicated, the maisonettes always have a small private garden with porch or/and an ample terrace. 

There are several swimming-pool in "El Capistrano", including swimming-pools for children. Spacious green zones. Bars. Restaurant. Supermarket. Laundry. Tennis courts and hire of horses at various meters from the Urbanisation. All the houses are fully equipped for daily life. Our prices include cleaning once a week and weekly change of linen.

Apart from the different swimming pools, you have the following possibilities: 

• Various tennis courts (at the entrance of "El Capistrano").
• Rental of horses (on request at our reception)
• Water skiing; wind surfing; rental of small crafts and water sports, available in Burriana Beach (during the summer month), situated 1 km approximately from "El Capistrano"
• Golf courses in Motril and Rincón de la Victoria (at 40 and 30 km., respectively) 

Situated in a unique enclave of incomparable beauty, Nerja offers, among beaches of transparent waters and the majestic mountains of the Sierra de Almijara, a warm welcome to the visitor that comes to its coasts, just 55 km. from Málaga, the capital of the Costa del Sol. 

In its historic centre, which dates back to 1487, we find the famous 'Balcón de Europa' , a viewpoint overlooking the sea, build from the ruins of an old medieval castle. The old city maintains all the flavour of Andalucia, with its whitewhashed houses and balconies with geraniums, while at the same time it offers you a wide selection of restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy the quality and variety of the local gastronomy.

Nerja offers a wide range of cultural activities, among which the 'Festival de las Cuevas de Nerja' stand out on its own. The mentioned "Cuevas" (caves) which can be visited all year round, are a real natural wonder and are the third most visited monument in Spain.
