Icarus House was completed
in January 2005. It is a three bedroomed house occupying a corner position.
It boasts a roof terrrace, a balcony, two patios, small garden areas on
three sides and private off road parking. Inside there is air-conditioning
in all the bedrooms and in the lounge/dining area. The units double up
as heaters for the cooler winter evenings, and there are halogen heaters
too, should they be required. Please note when comparing prices that some
places charge extra for air-con, which could add up to quite a sizeable
amount for a property this size. The tiled roof terrace has sun loungers,
a barbecue and a good view over the swimming pool. From the roof terrace
an internal marble stair case leads down to the first floor, where the
three bedrooms all have built-in cupboards ...

minute walk takes you to the sandy Faros Beach, where you can sit at the

sites. It is a very unique place to explore. A two minute walk in the other
direction brings you the many cafes, restaurants, tavernas bars and all
amenities. Car Hire is not necessary and this represents a great saving
on your holiday expenses. A 15 minute walk takes you to Paphos Harbour
and Tourist Area. The old fort at the harbour is a famous landmark. Tavernas,
cafes, bars and seafood restaurants line the harbour. Take a boat trip
from here, or just sit and People Watch.

and ceiling fans (some properties charge extra). Weve invested in quality,
comfortable beds linen and towels are provided. We have insect screens
on all the major windows, so in the warm weather you can have the windows
open without fear of mosquitoes. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a heater
for winter stays.
