| Almancil
- is a parish of Loulé, situated in the Algarve region in the
south of Portugal. Almancil is within 5km of the southern shoreline
of Portugal enjoying a warm climate all year round. It has become an important
centre for providing services to feed the needs of two nearby well-established
holiday and residential developments; Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
The area has many resorts and housing developments which appeal mainly
to the English. In keeping with the needs of the area there is a large
selection of restaurants offering many different forms of cuisine. |

are many real estate offices, interior decorators and furnishing shops.
Located in the east of the
village is the church of São Lourenço. Covered inside with
beautiful 18th Century ceramic tiles it is an outstanding example of Algarvian
Architecture. Also located in Almancil is the Estádio Algarve which
was used in the 2004 European Football Championship. It is the home ground
of Louletano DC and SC Farense and is also used for charity matches from
time to time. It is rumoured that George Michael, Madonna, Alan Shearer,
Elton John and Luis Figo own property in this area of Portugal. |

da Eira is a newly refurbished 3 bedroomed farmhouse. Located in the countryside
between Loule and Almancil. The farmhouse is surrounded by fruit trees
and has countryside views to Loule. It is a 20 minutes car journey from
Faro airport and a 10 minutes journey to the beautiful sandy beach of Quarteira.
Almancil and Loule are a 5 minute car journey offering plenty of shops,
restaurants and bars. The owner is a wheelchair user so it is fully accessible.
The villa has three double bedrooms, all en-suite. The main bedroom has
a king size bed and the other two have twin beds. All shower rooms have
wheel in showers. There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher,
washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle
and toaster.There is a large lounge/dining room with satelite TV, DVD player
and mini HI-FI. The property has the option of air-conditioning for those
hot summers. It has a 10m x 5m swimming pool with hoist. It is salt chlorinated
and can be heated if neccesary.There are sun loungers and patio furniture.
Beach towels are provided. There is a large terrace and BBQ. The property
manager is English and prices start from £350. |

Vilamoura, Almancil and Vale Do Lobo. The apartment sleeps a maximum of
4 and is on the top (second) floor of the Al-Sakia village and comprises
an inner hallway leading to one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with
bidet, Jacuzzi bath and shower, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with
bath, shower and bidet. Outer hall leads to a lounge/dining room and a
fully fitted kitchen with utility area. The apartment is air-conditioned
for summer and heated for winter making it an ideal year round destination.
Lift and stair access is available. There are two terraces with stunning
views of the surrounding countryside. The location is ideal for those who
do not like large tourist development and its central position in the Algarve
makes it ideal for touring both the East and Western Algarve. Faro
Airport 15km. Aqua Show 1km. 6 restaurants within 1km. Trafal beach 2km.

Amarela is only just available after full refurbishment and garden landscaping
in 2006. This stunning, 4 bed /3 bathroomed mature Portuguese villa with
own south facing pool is now being let for first time in 2007. Villa Amarella
sleeps 12 comfortably. Please note: HEATED 12m x 6m POOL AND AIRCON.
Villa Amarella has 3 twin rooms on the ground floor each with floor to
ceiling cupboards and has been refurbished in modern style. On the first
floor is a huge 4th ensuite bedroom / flat with its own terrace and seating
overlooking the garden and pool. Bliss! This room comfortably accommodates
up to 6 people using standard beds and 2 sturdy portable beds. Enabling
occupancy of up to 12 people in the villa. 2 x portable cots also available
so it is possible to increase capacity slightly. HOWEVER, maximum 12 adults/children
(small babies excluded). High chair also available. There are 3 bathrooms
and a further WC. 2 of the bathrooms are ensuite. |

Casa
do Lasco will sleep twelve people in extreme comfort (six bedrooms), ideal
for a large group or family gathering, however Casa do lasco is still homely
enough for a smaller group or a family that require more space around them.
The sleeping accomadation compromisesof 4 double bedrooms (one with a balcony)
and two twin bedrooms all with stunning sea views. Two of the double bedrooms
and one of the twin bedrooms have full ensuite facilities, and there are
a further two bathrooms, making a total of five full bathrooms altogether.
All bedrooms have full central heating, ideal for winter rentals.
On the upstairs level, there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom,
there are also three bathrooms. In the large open plan upstairs hallway,
there is a full size British pool table, ideal to keep everyone happy,
even if the sun isn't shining!! On the downstairs level,there is
a further double ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom, there is also one
other full bathroom aswell. Both bedrooms have beautifull sea views. |
