screened section, on a double bed, and two can sleep comfortably on a sofa
bed in the living area. The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted,
modern kitchen, and the apartment has a washing machine and a dining table
for 4 persons. The location is perfect - being just 30 seconds from Las
Ramblas, yet the apartment is very quiet, being situated at the back
of the building, away from the noise of the street below. The major
attractions are all with easy walking distance, and the nearest metro station
is just a minute away by foot. |

A very modern and stylish
studio flat with a unique interior design, the apartment enjoys excellent
light from huge picture windows. Although in close proximity to the
Ramblas
(a couple of seconds' walk away), the apartment is surprisingly quiet.
Situated in a lively and vibrant area with so much to do, with everything
in Barcelona at your fingertips. The Placa de Catalunya is
a short walk away, giving you access to all the attractions by metro or
tour bus. The apartment is split level with a bedroom loft - please
note that the ceiling is low and may not be suitable for less agile guests.
The loft bedroom has a double bed, plus there is a single bed in the living
room for a third guest. There is no washing machine in the apartment
unfortunately, but there is a launderette very close by. Free

Ramblas. This is the perfect situation for sightseeing, shopping
and nightlife - many cafes and trendy shops are very close by. The
building is historic but has an elevator, and the apartment has been renovated
to a high standard and is well equipped, with air conditioning and a clothes
washer/drier. Two persons can sleep on a double bed, and a third
on a fold down single bed. Plus there is room for an extra bed for
a fourth person, on request. The location is perfect - being just
30 seconds from Las Ramblas, yet the apartment is very quiet, being
situated at the back of the building, away from the noise of the street

It faces onto a great courtyard which is available for guests to use.

level (loft) apartment in the ideal position, close to the famous Las
Ramblas, with easy access to the metro, tour buses and all the sights
of Barcelona. The owner's own special style has gone into the furnishings
and design, to make this the ideal home from home. 2 persons can
be accommodated in the double bed in the loft area of the apartment and
a further 2 persons can sleep on the comfortable double sofa bed in the
living room. Please note that the loft area has a low ceiling, so
is not suitable for very tall or elderly persons who cannot bend easily.
The apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and
